The new beta version of TPL has a great new feature to assist in debugging command files. You can have TPL display each command as it's executed, and even have the program pause after each command so you can review what's happening. You can instruct TPL to display all commands from all routes, select only certain routes to be watched, or even turn the trace feature on or off at selected points within the command file itself.
