Additional information on this great new crane:

As pointed out in the description of the crane on page 76 of the TRIX New Items brochure, the crane has two motors to move it along the "running rails". At this point there is no provision for ordering additional running rails for the crane.

As you will note from the photograph and the description, the boom on the crane is adjustable and has sufficient overhang for loading and unloading boats tied up at a dock.

The description in the TRIX New Items brochure shows that it has a clearance of 232.5 mm. An examination of the center-to-center spacing given in the Marklin catalog for K-track and a little math will give you an approximation of the number of tracks that can be accommodated under this crane, namely, 3 tracks with the standard spacing of 64.6 mm and possibly 4 tracks with the 57 mm spacing for wide radius turnouts.
